Wasn't the lat afterall, I had alex and Jianping walk on my back and something pop and if felt good.

Another Good day, Snatch felt great with not misses up to 100, my upper back wasn't as strong as I would have liked but can be fixed
For the first time in 6 months my clean felt great, smooth, without crashing, if my knee didn't go out I felt like i could have clean 130+
Squat Jerk is feeling good, I will be working on Jerk Recovery to work on dropping lower.

That's still a very solid session. What are your current prs again? Current PR's Snatch- 101 CJ-117 Squat- 175 F. Sq- 145 I dont feel like any of the these will last much more then a week or two. Especially CJ now that I changed to squat jerk I feel like Ill be at 130 in no time.
