U looked pretty sound Saturday bro, technique and speed looked very solid. also, ur bottom position looks nice and solid, especially when u receive the bar overhead. keep working G-Unit!

Very nice man...Sounds like you got a good meet experience, and, you are already at 109/130, so 115/140 by December is definitely doable!

Yes I am, WindyCity is running a different program(much less volume) but they are allowing me to run my own program and actually are very interested in following more a a traditional chinese system as well.
