Bench - 155x3x8 Plyo Pushups Light ab work
Went in late after work. Too tired to do much of anything. Thursdays lift should be good. Legs are still fried from Sunday, really fried.

I just do whatever I haven't done yet and mostly by how I feel I guess. No, I haven't talked to John for like a month and a half.
