horizontal pull ups are a great exercise. pretty tough aren't they? How did the bro do wrestling?

They get tough. Especially trying to go down slow and emphasize the exploding up. It drains me alot quicker. He had a really good kid from Pennsylvania right away and got pinned. The second match was a close one but he ended up losing and got eliminated. On a better note, I got to have Pancheros
