true... I'd really work on sticking your lockout. Just "punching" your arms through... watch this vid: slow mo at 1:20... just sticking his arms. 21's means dont do them. It felt like I tore both biceps for 5 days. i coudlnt extend my arms.. glad thats over with.
Yesterday was Wall squats, KB squats @70#, De deads with bands.

good warmup barbell jerk up to 315x1 and backed off single arm DB strict press 75x5, 85x3, 95x3, 105x2(righty only so 95x2 lefty) Hammer strength overhead machine 250#stackx3x8 sissy machine

dang... not sure I have ever done strict DB 1 arm presses... that doesn't give your shoulders any trouble? That sounds like good weight though strict...

I do it like a kb press with my elbow tucked into my body and resting on lats. Keeps my shoulder joint in and tight with my body. I can strict press more like this.

finally.. a workout i can be a bit proud of.
power cleans 135x3, 155x3, 185x3, 205x4 singles BB rows 205x3x8 pullups 5x2 shouldered the 100lb heavy bag a shitload of times tossed the 100lb heavy bag like a keg toss a few times. very taxing. Hammer curls xwho cares
gotta go unload a semi of my moms stuff now. including mahogany bedroom set. should be interesting.
