I've been really inconsistent these past few weeks and I know it's really hurting my progress. I'll try and be more devoted, it's becoming obvious that I need to be. My left shoulder is doing well and I think it's coming around.

My deadlift tonight is a 30lb. jump from roughly two weeks ago. So, not sure if it was all the time off or what. I watched a video on deadlifting from Mark Rippetoe and it really clicked with me. I made a couple of form changes and then just concentrated on the lift. Still splitting my shins open though.
