Leg Curls 2x10

I like that you are doing recovery and conditioning stuff between the workouts, good job man. Are ya pretty sore after your workouts, or how does the body feel 1-2 days after?

Is he pretty sore? *snickers* You come over here at seven o'clock in the morning and listen to him drag out of bed.
(Actually don't, that would be kind of creepy.)

9/13/2010
Bench 3x12
Close Grip Bench 3x10
Dips 2xMax
Push Ups 2xMax
Up Right Rows 3x12
Initially I had a very hard time focusing but I was able to finally get it together. I was proud of my bench form except I keep bouncing the bar. I didn't think I was, tried not to but I guess I need to watch it. I'm still working on adjusting my hand placement. I felt my left side stronger. By the time I got to dips I was out of it. My arms we're just weak and tired.
Jared, are you serious? Am I tired or sore after 1-2 days? Your joking right? When I foam roll it's like I'm filleting the muscle off the bone.

hahahaha! So your soreness is from the lifting, not the foam rolling, right? lol some ppl overkill with the foam roller ya and actually get MORE sore fromt hat. LOL.
I take it you are getting beat up pretty badly.. haha you will adapt eventually!!
and that is hilarious hahaha. I definitely won't be showing up at 7am, although, that would be pretty funny

Definitely from the lifting not the foam rolling, foam rolling helps a lot.

Jared, before I forget, what days should I include the Military Press and DB shoulder workouts? Should I supplement them for a current exercise or can I add them?

9/15/2010 Deadlift: it was awesome. 3x12 - 30lbs more than last week Back Ext. 2x10 Pull Ups 2x10 Calf Raises 3x20 Chin Ups 2x10 DB Rows 3x12 Abs Pallof Press Incline Crunches I felt really good today and more confident. Focused on my back arch and staying tight - I did manage to split my shin but didn't notice the blood running down my leg soaking through my sock and onto the bar. Brought a smile to my face; I did manage to clean the blood off the bar There is a bench press/deadlift meet October 16 and with my higher power's approval, I'm deciding to enter it even though I'm still on the Sissy Girl part of this program. This will be my first competition so any advice from you all would be appreciated. I'm really looking forward to the meet, learning new things and meeting some great people.

Every time I see "prowler" I feel sick to my stomach.. but then go eat right afterwards for even THINKING of doing cardio hahahah! I didn't know there were O-lifters in Rhodestown. That's awesome. Nielsen. Yes. You were very bloody. You really drag that bar up your legs and over your knees. If you got your hips up a bit could you pull up vs back so much? Other input here would be helpful.
