Not feeling well today and won't be able to get to the gym for the rest of the weekend, yuck... well, have to get creative I guess. Go hit up that Gold's Gym tire in the middle of the night. :-)

Real quickie tonight-- mobility drills shoulder rehab (cuban press, L-lateral raise, lying side raise, low pulley ext. rotation, scapular push ups and pull ups)

Wolf is definitely hungry (is baby wolf after all) but also has some fleas to get rid of. Also, wolf struggles not running with big pack.

Sans vehicle today... so... Deadlifts, in my living room, with a bar with no knurling, with no chalk or belt
worked up to a few singles at 205, both stances a few sets of 3 at 185, both stances

hahaha! Yes, wolves work best in packs, that is well known. Lone wolfs can still be very dangerous though. That way when they do join big pack they can rise to the top!

No, I posted it up here so someone would buy it for me :-) I went hunting around for a box tonight but couldn't find anything so I'll hit em in the gym.

Floor press, resting on the bottom, a bunch... this was so ghetto! I did get stapled LOL... the dog somehow figured out I was in distress and came over and laughed at me... I swear he was... so after I squirmed out I had to lighten the weight so I could "unrack" it off of the coffee table. It was pretty lame, so I ditched that idea and just did a crap ton of push ups.

Still doing misc. stuff in the living room, haha, fortunately our neighbors have moved out. (Nielsen has the blazer all the time, I'll get my truck after Christmas and be mobile again...fortunately can walk to work.)
All the talk of jerky has me thinking, I gotta get after making some bacon jerky... it's an idea I've had for a while and I need to get a jerky maker.
Got a sweet gym bag and new Chucks for Christmas :-) (opened them early LOL)
