What are everyone's lifting goals in 2010?
Lets hear em! Making them for public for people to see and for them to hold you accountable can definitely help you stay focused on them if you lose sight.

That was an awesome New Year's Eve party btw!
Anyway, by end of year: *Snatch 84 *Start working on the clean & jerk in earnest - do at least 110 *Continue to work on flexibility and speed moving weights *Incorporate more lifts back into the routine in order to be able to develop a dual Strongman/Weightlifting routine into next year *Find a warm indoor platform to lift on this winter

Goals for 2010
Snatch - 117 Clean&Jerk- 147 Total- 264 Fr. Sq.- 177
These lifts would erase Adam Rozmenoski from the Minnesota senior record book and solidify my name and my numbers in place of his. I would then own six MN state records total (three schoolage 77.5+102.5=180@62@16yrs and three senior records 117+147=264@77@24yrs).

Ya, I'd say it still counts as a goal. But of a different kind. The kind of goal that you'll for sure get since you repped out weights just below the goal number. Remember, one must open the can before drinking the beer.

unless you have beer sucking fangs, I'd say you're still opening the can. It is however a very extreme way to get it open.
