Lol Phil.....If I get close to pro level then I'll change the title how bout that?
Brendan- any time man! Its always good to have someone who will work until they have to lie on the driveway for 45 min!.....Next time we will try and make that happen on the second set!

Top 5 at a plat plus show, top 10 at nationals, or 800 dead/400 Oh. Whichever comes first, then my title changes.

haha! good stuff on here, I missed a day of reading it and boom, I have a full page of entertainment. I Don't think you are too far off all those numbers anyway in the near future... That is pretty cool to think about

last nights training.... www.midwestvikingbarbell.comBTW- I should do an Olympia write-up...but one of the things some people on this site might find interesting is I say Broz and Mendes. They were watching the strongman, no doubt talking about the speed lol. But I was shocked at how small he is in person. Not a very big frame, and of course he isn't very tall like a lot of oly lifters. But it made me want to see his lifts, big hips, but narrow shoulders relatively. For his level of strength it was pretty interesting to see.
