A lot of stuff going on lately with a deload week and sporadic session so not too much to report.
July 4th Goal post to goal post sprints 5 x ~20-25 seconds, 60s rest... 5 x `25 seconds, 90s rest
July 5th Goal post to goal post sprints 10 x ~20-25 second, 60s rest...
These felt amazing. Haven't trained like this in a long time but miss it and miss the effects. A lot of beer and carbs most of the weekend so my bw is fluffed back to 280, mostly water retention.

Bodyweight 279lbs.
Barbell Strict Press 175x5, 195x5, 225x3, 245x1, not a lifetime PR but establishing some rep PRs. Standing DB strict Press 75x5x2 Seated 1 Arm DB Press 40x10, 50x10, 60x10 "Chest" stuff... High Cable Extensions 150x10x3
120 Yard Sprints (on the track) 10 Rounds, all around 18-20 seconds - running with people makes a difference... 60 seconds rest

I like all the sprints man, that will really shred that fat off you real fast. and yes, running with people makes a HUGE difference (And lifting with people IMO).
