just looking through all of your logs here, and i feel a little out of place.i'm the only one here who isn't a competitive olympic weightlifter (or strongman).i love the strongman stuff, and wish i could still compete in the squat and deadlift, but the body just won't cooperate anymore. the only strongman stuff i can do or am good at anymore is the grip stuff, farmers walks,i did some stones a couple months ago,not the atlas stones, but the other one when you carry the oblong shape stone and walk with it,i think it's the husefelt stone, that's probably not spelled right.but we used a big piece of 250lb concrete.i hope you guys don't read through my log and burst out laughing because i'm only a bench presser i have alot of respect for all you guys, that olympic weightlifting is some very difficult stuff.i've tried it before with Jared and it was VERY ugly ;D...i'm happy for all of you, just about all of you are injury free, that's great.keep training safe, and keep training smart, and you'll have some good longevity in your sport, which is what it's all about.keep smashing that weight guys.

keep your head up, just give yourself plenty of rest.
I could care less WHAT kind of lifting people on this forum are doing. I love all strength athletics- strongman, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, highland games... everything. I just love reading strength training logs in general

That's laughable, Connie. You're a strong dude and a good guy. I enjoy reading your log. I now have cool new phrases to use like "keep smashin". Haha. Love it.

As someone who spent their entire life avoiding athletics before finally taking up weightlifting at age 28, I have nothing but respect for people who train hard, push themselves to the limit, and keep on trying, no matter what sport it's in. The more the merrier on this board too. Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing!

hahahaha. You don't like the new white background?
I will be back may 7th-9th. May 8th I will compete at a weightlifting contest in Carroll, but maybe we'll be able to hang some time that weekend. Any of your guys need protein or any other supplements? Let them know I will be back and we could arrange something to where they'd get free shipping and a discount as well... just a thought as I know you are training some good guys right now.

Let me know ASAP so I can get that stuff ordered (Whatever they need). I do have a ton of NO-Shotgun's if they want some of those as well. Here is the protein I Have been getting recently: enderton-strength.com/dymatize.htm2nd product down on that page... It is more cost effective than the champion nutrition and tastes just the same. Also, same amount of servings but saving $5. I'll bring some of that home... I Have 2 milk chocolate jugs right now- I can order a different flavor if you want, and I will def. bring home some NO Shotguns. Not sure what time I will be back friday... might be about 8pm. That would still be cool to see you guys, maybe sunday or something. We'll figure something out.
