what meet is in your sights now? June 19 at Sleepyeye,MN.a bench only meet.the director of this meet was at Emmetsburg.should be a good meet.most of my crew will be competing.

It looks like you're getting anxious again to do some squats haha. Hang in there man. You should post a video of you squatting light so we can critique it... I know a way of squatting where I Have heard zero people complain about knee pain. Just a thought man
