Well, I'm having some trouble with it. 1) I may be on it incorrectly because I find it really hard to breath during reps and after a set I get really dizzy. Last night I had a head for like 20 min. after my last set. 2) I think I'm letting the weight swing forward way too much which is bad because the momentum is carrying the weight back up. The reason I'm going forward so much is so I get a good stretch.
So, I think it is a really good thing to be able to use and I think it will help strengthen my back, I just have to figure it out first.
