10/10: P Snatch - up to 165 (going through a frustrating time with the snatch right now) Ab wheel - 4 sets of 5 from standing position rolled into a wall with a good ROM (didn't compare to my 5 yo daughter's 70+ reps, however - she took me behind the woodshed on these)
10/12: DLs - 135, 225, 315, 395, 445x1 Push jerks - 135, 165, 185x10 (felt light)

Those are some consistent workouts. Not what you wanted PS wise, but a good DL considering your recent training focus. Also good job on the BS. and set of 7 seem to be your favorite for biceps... do you have some scientific research to back up these sets of ODD numbers? 7. 7. 7. 7??? Isn't it funny how that is what I pick out out of all the 3 workouts to really notice and reply the most to? haha I have noticed it from before, maybe you have this secret bulgarian research we haven't seen about sets of 7?

Please. You know all of my training is backed up by academia. Don't question the methods, just admire the results. (Hopefully you didn't just throw up in your mouth a little.) 10/15: Power Snatch - 95, 135x3x7 s The back felt like it was, well, back. Light weight, but these were snappy.

10/24: Power snatch - up to 165, missed 175 a few times Snatch high pulls - 195 x 3 x 4 sets I guess what I've learned about myself is you can't get better at fast lifts by training slow lifts. I will modify my training in order to try to get to my power snatch goal by year's end.
