So Vince...maybe we should talk about what is going to be needed for your 2011 run at the title......250 log?.......500 dead?>>>>......thoughts?
Maybe I should conduct a special interview of the future 2011 Featherweight title holder on behalf of Enderton-strength!

How many days a week are you training now?

Three to four, but I am going to start being better about my sleep and, hopefully, increase to four consistently from now on. I was still under 170lbs bw (sans shoes and clothing) at the doc's this morning, so maybe I can put on some good weight slowly here in the future.

Let's not get WAY ahead of ourselves..lol Interestingly, there is a man on this board who has serious potential to do well as a 175 nationally in NAS. He is doing just fine with weightlifting, and I would never try to talk him out of weightlifting - Bossy Moss. That's just meant to be a compliment, my friend, not a recruiting effort.

Asking this again because I'm curiour as someone who competed in this class what types of skills you think the winner will possess....even if I'm not allowed to say it's going to be you if you want it to be....
So Vince...maybe we should talk about what is going to be needed for your 2011 run at the title......250 log?.......500 dead?>>>>......thoughts?

9/7: Back squats - 135x3, 225x3, 275x2, 295x2, 315x1, 325x1, 330x1 Leg curls - 100x8x3 sets Hanging leg raises - set of 10 and a set of 20
I didn't mean to duck your question -sorry bout that. I think 500 dead is quite minimal, just depends on the events of course. 250 log is about right, though there are years where freaks like D Pope come to play. 250/500 was a piece of cake for him. I think he did make a pretty significant cut though - but hey, good for him if he's willing to do it. I also think a 330 stone is about right for the champion and good speed with 250+ farmers.

dang, you have been a machine the last 3 days. I bet the farmers felt good to hit again, definitely a different animal then snatching LOL. I'll never forget my traps/rhomboids LITERALLY being ripped off my body for 3 days then magically reattaching after farmers walks. You are going to be like the modern day 175lb. Misha
