My goals for nationals include: *250kg total *6 for 6
My training for nationals will look something like the following: M,W,F Snatch- Max, drop down hit a couple more singles C&J- Max, drop down hit a couple more singles FS- Max then drop down or few sets of 2-3 reps with max C&J T,H,S Snatch- 80-90%, (daily max type thing but no misses, get there and move on,don't beat it to death) C&J-80-90% BS- Max or few sets of 2-3 reps with max C&J Sunday something like a light warm up of snatch and C&J

Awesome letter Simon. That is awesome you have a coach that has that kind of interest in your success. It appears you look up to him a ton as well, seems like a great relationship.
I am glad you have found a great place to lift for the next year!! Good training lately too--- very consistent.

I like the idea of snatching 100 two days in a row...soon...soon. trying is the 1st step.

Training went well today for 5.19.10
Snatch-80X2,90,95,100,102miss,90,90 C&J-120,130,135miss Frotn Squat-135X5X2
My workout is consistently looking like this:
Snatch: 30 min Break: 15 min C&J: 30 min Break: 5 min Squat: 15 min

yeah that was my younger brother, Harley, helping me out. He happened to pop in when I was ready to go after 130. I'm @ 100/130 for this 1st week back at heavy training and I plan on hitting some bigger numbers later this week. I'm just getting started.
