yesterday: clean and jerk- lots of work at about 90 kg, decided to go heavier and see how my form stays - 105x1,x1, 115x1, 122x1, 126(couldn't get clean, think i was just really tired). snatch- worked up to about 70 or 80kg, my elbow was still hurting so didn't go too crazy

Had to really rush. I got off work at 3, went straight to the gym and lifted before working again at 5

thats always the worst, when u have to rush through your workout. It makes it hard to focus on your technique b/c u're in such a hurry to get everything done b4 its time to leave.

alex- yeah, and you rarely feel rested enough between sets either
today: snatch- 50kgx3x3 c&j- 70kgx3x3 snatch pull-... 100x3x3 DL-...150x3, 170x3x3 front squat- ...140x2, 145x2, x2, 150x1 - Did them all beltless. I want to start squatting beltless more often, because I feel like my core strength isn't where it should be, plus I don't use a belt while doing full movements

Are you focusing on strictly oly lifting now or are you still going to compete in strongman?

yesterday: snatch: up to 60x3x3 c&J up to 80x3x2
thanks bud. Didn't do too hot today though. I just need to be more consistent, I have the strength for a lot more than what I did, but just couldn't pull it together snatch: 93, 98 missed, 101 missed (left both in front of me, had the weight easily though) C&J: 118, 123 miss jerk, 123 miss clean
