Started back pretty slow.
Front Squat: 40kgx10, 60x5,70x5, 90x5, 110x5, 110x5, 110x5
C+J= warmed up, 50x3, 60x3,70x3,90x2, 90x3, 90x3
Did about 2000 crunches, then probably got in a fight and hooked up with some chicks...Who knows?

Warmed up with some front squats Snatch pulls 40kgx5,50x5,60x5,70x5,90x5,90x5,90x5 Strict overhead press: 40x5,50x5,60x5,70x5 Push press: 80x5,110x5,110x5,110x5 Finished up with some box jumps, and sprints
