Hey guys,
Just curious what routine you are on? I'll try to help you guys out all that I can... just seeing what you guys have been doing to see if I can help at all...
Also, I may be coming back- would you guys be interested in doing like a strength camp for a weekend, where we'd have competitions for lifting, along with technique stuff as well? I know some of you are going to wrestle in college- better to learn it before you get there than afterwards! Just let me know if you guys would be interested

Yeah- definitely. I guess it's obviously not just for the wrestling guys. We could do it for anyone interested... I think it'd be awesome to do.
