This is the official Kellogg training logistics thread. Im sure Jared wont mind if we use this thread to figure our weekly training out. This way we can all check the thread to see whats going down instead of all the pressure on Travis.

I dunno.. I didnt go though.. Got sick over the weekend. I know Lee didnt go but last i talked to Jason he was going. maybe it was another Jason and Travis workout.

So Lee is not into it anymore Im guessing. Jason, Brandon and Travis hate the internet. You and Travis hate making plans in advance and Im a huge tool. Some group we have here. Im surprised we dont get together more often

Lee started school again full time and is still working so thats his deal.. Im sure hes still into it and I think hes taking a step back with his training and just trying to get stronger in the gym at the moment. I have never been on a planning committee. Yes, your a tool. I was going to suggest we go to every other week or twice a month from now on. every weekend is just too much.. atleast for me. Im going to go to every other regardless

Training is on for this sunday at 10:30am sorry about last sunday the 13th WaterMellon Fest started back in gym this week going to turn it up a knotch for sunday yok and stones

We need to focus on trying to get a good Idea of what we want to do as strongman or as a person in good fizicall condition and work on bettering on it safley
