whoa.. split snatching- that's pretty cool. and nice strict press- for your style of pressing that could have a lot of carryover

whoa.. box squats. I ain't heard of you doing one of those on your own in over 2 years now(the time I have known you). What ruffled those feathers? Great # though, I bet your OLY squat really helped that.

Yeah it's been a while. Got the leather belt and rehband pants out and felt really strong and supported. Was off work today so that helped as well. 12' is a pretty low box so I'm happy. Had my spotter there tonight (he makes me mucho confident) and felt like I coulda hit 375 as easy as the 360 went. Oh well.

Felt strong this week. I'm now confident I can finally get a 3-wheel ATG FS ASAP (IMHO).
