nice job. dl and squats back to back.. pry better than a M/W split, this way you wont feel the soreness. Are you going to see your sister before she leaves again, or just going to visit your mom? Way to keep at it- thanks for this weekend again.

haha I saw it last night.. the all weights are in kgs. I was just thinking hmm.. maybe you are a "MM".... "Mini-Misha." haha with your beltless DL work. I guess he uses a tiny belt. Nice 2 workouts though.
So you are leaving tomorrow after work, and coming back friday when?

Not certain. Kim wants to stop at Sam's. You can meet us there if you want. I could probably still do events Fri evening if you want. Will have to "play it by ear" (whatever that means) Friday. I think Shell left today, so won't be able to see her Wed pm. Seacrest out or something.

Yesterday was a weird experience for me. Competing is so cool because you learn something new about yourself every time. It was very fun to be a part of the action after such a long time between shows. I learned that I have to take my conditioning more seriously and treat every show with respect, especially being a little older. I was not ready for an early morning show because I haven't done any training before 5pm for a year or more. This is because it is a lot more convenient for me to train in the pm's, but if I know I have a show coming with an early start, I need to adapt my body to that. I was also very tired because of some circumstances (within my control) that came up during last week. I did fine on the first 2 events but had to just gut out the final 2. After I chucked 5 separate times after the show, I felt fine. I've never vomitted from physical activity before. It was a small, unsanctioned show - perfect for me at this point. Like I said, it is always interesting to go out and push yourself and see where you stand. Builds some character, I guess.
