Sometimes the most productive work is the stuff you DON'T do. Way to back off, no sense in pushing it when not feeling well!

Do you generally take your daily vitamin right before bed? I know if I dont take mine with food I get vitamin gut and throw up... even if I just take it with very little food or drink my stomach still turns. i doubt that is it but just wanted tos ee how that effects you.
I say on nights like that.. honestly go and write down all the thoughts you are having that are keeping you up. A journal. Then write in it like a page nightly or something, just so you know you can look at it in the morning and you wont forget to do the things you are thinking about, or, you can relax a bit because you have written it all down and calmed yourself.
Sounds weird but I know when I go write down what is on my mind, no matter how dumb and unrelated to anything it is, I can relax a lot more.. especially if its a to do list or if i dont think I am thinking about anything, I think it just makes me tired anyway haha

Nice Cardio lately man. Just doing general cardio makes me feel much lighter on my feet and just healthier in general. Obviously it should, but I just feel like I sleep better, eat better, and feel better when doing regular cardio. Do you do any intervals, where its pretty high intensity, or just keep it steady?
