I've been taking Dark Matter post workout since January and have had fantastic results. It is delicious, and goes down easy. I can always tell when I haven't taken it PWO now that I'm used to it.
I'd recommend; 1 scoop for 200 and below 2 scoops for 250 and under 3 scoops if you're bigger than that.
I take three and am loving the results. The blue raspberry is insanely delicious.

Waxy Maize is the carb and most of the protein totals come from the BCAA's with a little protein. Good quality creatine too, just a nice mix. I originally got a free sample, and loved the stuff.

72 G Carbs 18 G Protein 12 G Creatine
But the protein in it is actually just BCAA's. I eat my big meal about 30 minutes after taking the Dark Matter.

Water it is good stuff. It has a weird thick texture and is super sweet but it's pretty good.
