What is the best Protein Jared's store carries to ingest before you sleep? Sometimes I eat a bunch of beef and sometimes I hate eating so I need the drink.

I used to always just mix a full scoop of 100% casein with a half scoop of 100% whey, I'll look for something with a good combo though.

I use to eat a fat peanut butter and jelly sandwich before bed every night, its a decent combo of nutrients and it's easy to get your hands on. If you're looking to put some weight on, I'd try this out it worked for me, and surprisingly I didn't put bad weight on, even when I started eating 2 every night.
