This is one of the best pre-workout drinks I have tried yet, if not the best. I have taken a full bottle and I never got used to it like many other products I have tried.
Watch out though: take half dosages when starting- or it might surprise you a little bit on the first day. Great stuff.

This is still my favorite product out there right now. Lately I have been taking 1/4th a scoop in the mornings just for a boost (kind of as coffee- but with creatine and other good stuff in there haha). I seriously love this stuff.
Hint: I have been just pouring it directly into my mouth then washing it down with water when I have been taking 1/2 scoops and stuff(in the morning before workouts). I love grape bubblegum for this. In the afternoons I will mix it with water- but- might want to try just pouring it directly into your mouth- it actually tastes pretty good and you don't need a shaker cup to do it. Just an idea.

I loved that stuff. I used to take to much sometimes and throw up mid workout. Im can be sensitive to certain stimulants

haha people always make fun of me because of how much I rave about it. It is just I have never taken a pre-workout product that I haven't gotten "used" to, where the effects seem to be diminished after the first bottle or 2. This one has worked the exact same for months now. I love it, plus it tastes delicious.
How much was "too much" for you? 2 scoops?

2 scoops. Spikes never get old. Neither does coffee

haha so true. You take 2 scoops of NO-Shotgun? I think I'd have a heart attack haha.
how much caffeine you take in on average a day?

How do you split your intake up? Give me a sample day.. just out of curiousity, and in what form is the 300-500mg? the 5/7 hour energy's, pre-workout drinks, coffee, etc? I guess I am just curious if it is more of a constant supply or more sporadic.

about 100 in the morning. 200 before a workout and maybe another 100 throughout the day.

Love this so far. took it for a about a week and hit a 440# pr on squat and bench felt a lot better. Off it now to lose a couple pounds in the next week, but start it again after next weekend

Favorite flavor is a toss up between Watermelon, Grape Bubblegum, and Exotic Fruit haha, Black Cherry actually is very good too.

yup yup, that was several weeks ago. I was pretty pumped to hit 200. I had never quite gotten to 200kg on squat

Just curiouse about the total caffiene intake for some of you. I've always had a really high tolerance to stimulants. I drink 2-3 pots of coffee a day and have 2-3 sugar free energy drinks. But if I have none I haven't noticed the headaches or anything. But when I dieted down I was taking a bunch of fat burners which were pretty much just caffiene pills with some synephrine. I did have major headaches when I stopped taking those. But anywhoo, much like King, I had to take 2 scoops to feel anything. I am a fan of NaNOVapor though, 1 scoop powered me through. Although I don't take anything pre workout now.
