At about 200 right now up or down depending on the day, most colleges of bigger size would like me at atleast a solid 210 before pullin the trigger on an offer. It was easier bulkin up the last 2 years with lifting but naturally don't have the biggest frame so been in a rut lately it seems like...any thoughts to do from experience or just what you know?

Im may be the wrong guy to give this dumb advice but just eat. Ive been blending alot of my food and that helps alot.. Its so easy to throw milk 4 eggs and some oatmeal in a blender and drink it. I do it with everything.. veggies. tuna. soda. oatmeal. eggs.. anything. Ive went from 275 a few months back to 295 right now this way.. and most of that gain was in the last 3 weeks because I just started blending alot of food. remember your eating to gain weight. Not to satisfy cravings.. learn to override the cravings and eat when you have to.

I'm with mathison... a shake I make a lot is: 4-6 eggs, some milk, 2 scoops of protien, oatmeal, bannanas & blueberrys and some ice cream... for me that's two meals... pre and post workout.

yep.. make sure you are eating right away in the morning too.. .eat a big meal, a few hours later eat more. Every few hours you should be eating a pretty big meal... What does your lifting schedule look like?

I am going to write an article tomorrow on the benefits and negatives that come with weight gain. Here are a few quick bullets -Naturally speaking, you are not going to gain 10lbs in less than a year. -IF you do gain 10lbs you run the risk of hurting your athleticism. If you build it with explosive lifts and plenty of core strength you will be a better athlete -you ARE going to put on fat. You may be 17-20% BF right now at 200 (40lbs BF) but if you get to 210 at the same BF you will be at 44lbs BF and keeping the same %'s almost never happens -And finally. The more liquidized your food is the easier your body digests said food. The easier it is to digest the less your metabolism has to fire up to digest your foods = slower metabolism. If you are going to gain weight start out by trying to eat a pound of steak at night right before bed. The high protein (100 grams per 1lbs approx.) is a no brainer, but the high fat will slow down the digestion process. The slow digestion at night is good so you are constantly fueling the fire during your entire NINE hour sleep

awesome man.. some good stuff in there.. especially the liquidized part, never really looked into that much. excited to see it
My advice would be to focus on your speed and strength... size will come if you are training, eating, and sleeping right!

alright thanks that all sounds like good ways to switch it up and touches on some interesting things i've never thought of doin, and can be easily put to use...as far as my lifting schedule i try to do something everyday but thursdays and fridays-to rest up for games now that it's in season.

no doubt... I'd put more focus(lifting wise) into 2 or 3 days while in season, not everyday. You can pry get more effective workouts in those days and recover, but everyday may be too much.
