looking for a program to do with a group of guys. something like SAQ. any suggestions?

a set up like SAQ would be the best, honestly. You have ladders, cones, bags, more cones, and jump roping. However, if you don't have access to all that- you can do a great conditioning workout with Box Jumps, or just jump roping alone. Or, go outside and do like 6 40's, 3 days later do 8 40's, etc etc.... You can be really creative- but- if you could get someone at GT to run a SAQ program- that would be my #1 recommendation for any football program in the offseason honestly.
If you want a specific program- and can't get anyone to run SAQ for you- I can give you some programs to do over the summer and stuff.... just let me know.

Cody, are you guys going to get a program set up for after lifting? Make sure you guys all grab a banana and a gatorade to sip on after lifting- so you have a bit of energy for your running!
