I am curious to know where you cross the line with this. I am learning that there is always something injured, but what injuries do you train through and when do you back off.
The reason I ask is that I have strained Lat on my left side, snatch its fine but cj sucks with it, I also woke up this morning and I cant really breath normally without pain?

Garrett. Do what you can and stay away from movements that irritate the injury and make it worse. With an injury the most important thing is to keep training and do what you can. if all you can do is squat, then you squat. Stay in the training zone.

That is what I was thinking and what i am currently doing. I can deal and train with pain, but somedays it gets rough to watch moss train when his body hates him!
