I thought this might be a good idea to get going. A place for ppl to share recipes of shakes, meals, snacks, etc that other ppl might enjoy or if ppl are looking for a change in their diets.
I dont know about you guys, but I love tuna. It's cheap, healthy (when bought in water) and you can get creative with it. I've been experimenting with tuna salad recipes for a while now and found one thats pretty legit
2 cans tuna (drain water) dash of salt and pepper tablespoon mayo sweet relish hot sauce jalapeƱos
mix it all together, make a sandwich outta it or eat it with some crackers. the nice thing is u can make it as spicy or mild as u like. give it a try

I share your love for tuna. Ever seen the California tuna pizza recipe on the back of the Starkist chunk lite in water packs? It's pretty good. My wife has the recipe, will have to have her dig it out.

sweet and hot, yum! that looks great.
BBQ chicken tortizzas: whole wheat tortilla wraps BBQ sauce chicken breast, shredded up chopped peaches, apples, apricots, any sweet fruit chopped sauteed red onions, if you like onions shredded mozzarella or white cheddar chili powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon
Spread a layer of BBQ on the tortilla. Pile on plenty of chicken and top with pieces of sliced peaches, apples, onions; shake a little bit of chili powder and just waft the cayenne and cinnamon over these; top with cheese, any other seasonings you want...bake for 10-15 minutes or so until the cheese bubbles. It's easiest just to fold these in half and eat them like a calzone.
Edited to include spices, I remembered these when I made them tonight, haha.
