I have an account on livestrong.com. I place my food intake on the daily plate. I have my stats set to 205lbs/Very active/Maintain. It is saying I require 3400ish calories a day. It's kind of hard to eat 3400 CLEAN calories in a day. I think I'll dirty it up here and there. Get my calories and a daily mental break.

I feel like this would require a lot of time, no? Do you think it is worth the time investment? I guess you must if you are doing it, but, how long do you spend plugging in your numbers a day?

with my Iphone app I just plug in what I am eating while I'm eating it and the site calculates everything for me. Life is 10x easier with an Iphone.
The site was right about my caloric needs. At least ball park. I lost about 5lbs last week which would be conducive to being - 1000 kCals/day.
