Had a friend suggest these last night for improving shoulder flexibility: www.indianclubs.com/Does anyone have any experience with them? Thanks

I wasn't sure what this thread was referring to when I saw it on the home page ha.
I am skeptical. For the cost they'd have to work PRETTY dang good for me to invest in them. I'll have to read more on them but at first glance I am a bit skeptical.

I didn't even look at the price. I already know I would have to pick up some cheap imitations somewhere. Thanks.

Yessir. I dunno. I've just had great success with a broomstick and just regular shoulder stretching. Not saying this would not work- but whether it is completely necessary --- I don't think so.

I never commented when this was current. But after my last operation I tried some indian clubs with some rehab work. Very outdated method. There are ways to increase your shoulder flexibility baring any physiological problem. IMHO, unless you are dedicating 20-30 minutes each day to just shoulder stretching, then you can't break YEARS on inflexibility.
But flexibility is the fastest thing to be able to improve, just takes time and is boring, and no one likes to stretch.
