He has some great insights to back up his theory of no overtraining on some of those links I posted....
It depends on what type of training you are doing, I believe he is referring to no overtraining in weightlifting under this certain system moreso, he may be referring to it in a general sense, but, I agree with him in the context he was talking about it in.
If you are getting rundown on a program it's not because you are OVERtrained.. it's because you are UNDERtrained and just not adapted to do that volume/type of work yet.

So basically when you feel like you're getting your ass handed to you, just keep pushing through it... and eventually you'll get used to it and start adding even more volume/intensity
