When I was in High School I was waiting tables during the after bar close rush at Denny's. This attractive older woman and her cougar pals come in. I ask her what she'd like and she orders some breakfast meal. I ask her how she'd like the eggs and she replies, "from you? Fertilized." Unfortunately I was only 17 and an aggressive woman scared the shit out of me. Stupid teenage years.
Anyways, how do you like your eggs? I eat a lot of mine raw. It's easy, super quick and doesnt have a lot of junk added. I can down 8 eggs in 10 seconds. If I eat 8 eggs I feel super full and it is a chore.
If I do cook them I like taco cheese and ranch dressing

hahahaha nu uh. Is that a real story? That's insane. I woulda pry crapped myself too.
I mix between omelets, scrambled, and over easy(usually eat the over easy eggs with wheat toast). I literally go about every other day. Keeps it fresh and I enjoy the over easy the most, but, it's the yolk I love the most so I don't do that too often(especially now since I'm cutting so much weight). Usually when I make an omelet it'll be 5 egg whites, and 1 full egg. It doesn't taste as great, but, I do the same with scrambled.

True story.
I wouldn't sacrifice the yolk to save calories. I'd rather cut the toast. Egg yolk increases test a great deal. Causing you to be stronger and leaner. A lot of high energy healthy fats in eggs. Bread = empty calories.

I usually ate about 5 out of every 6 yolks prior to wrestling. This summer I'd eat 6 eggs for breakfast and supper, eating 5/6 yolks with them. now I just can't afford to eat the extra 405 calories. Doesn't sound like a lot but it adds up, especially when I'm eating like a rodent the way it is. I may throw a few mor ein from time to time.
I guess I should say that I haven't eaten over easy for a few months for that same reason- I like the yolks too much, and because I haven't been eating bread.
Lately I have been going back and forth between egg white scrambeled eggs and egg white omelets(every so often I'll splurge and eat over easy haha).

I've tried raw egg whites and it's a no-go.

Gay bars need waiters too. I eat 2 eggs raw, a glass of milk and a scoop of protein all stirred together about every morning. Easy and effective 2 minute breakfeast.

Man, people are way more creative than I ever think in mixing up their protein and meals.... protein with eggs, peanut butter in their smoothies, chicken shakes. haha I am just too simple minded I think. I suppose once I put in as many years as most of you old farts (hahahaha) I will get sick of the taste and invent new recipes. Until then I guess I'll just keep eating my hard boiled eggs and bags of cooked chicken from the morning.

over-well is how I make em' on the stove and when I'm ordering at a resturant. I also eat a lot raw. why not? it's easy. It's been awhile since I've hard boiled a bunch, but that would be nice for snacks, way better than what I usually eat for snacks. Eggs are great and cheap. I give em' an A++.

I've never really had eggs in any other way other than scrambled or omlet. I eat quite a bit of them as they are good, good for me, and about a dollar a dozen. can't beat that
