so i'm winding down to the final weeks of my 8 week program. i feel my chest has gotten bigger but i don't feel like my upper chest has really gotten much bigger just my lower. Can anyone tell me some exercise that will help build my upper chest? i already do incline, incline db, incline flys, cable flys, etc. if there are any other ones please let me know. if you view this and have answers please reply haha.

your upper chest would be the part of your chest that you work by doing incline,pullovers and so forth.

The best advice I can give is to train your chest heavy. Really focus on flexing at the top and being under strain a long time(8-15 reps), and maybe incorporate a few burnout/drop/tri sets
