Thanks J-man. I've actually pressed the axle at this weight last year out of the rack. I think I was so worried/excited about cleaning the weight that I underestimated the press. Oh well, it was a PR clean. I'll be going for 330 next time round.

Sumo Deadlifts Up to 515 miss 565 Weird lift... I spent about 2.5 hours trying to make two sand bags. One was 115lbs and the other was 225. After about 10 loads the 225 totally blow out. Sand bag carry (10')/load (59") / Yoke (320) (10') 225x3 115/225x1 (Jake broke the sand bag, had to stop) Speed Yoke 30' 520x3 235 stone 48" (no tacky) 3 loads

The hardest thing about the lift was trying to stabilize. When you took a step back the chains started swinging and won't stop. Good core stuff.
