How far away are you guys from each goal? I love this thread by the way. My goals are
Snatch 155 Clean and jerk 190
Currently 147 182

700 dead- 40 lbs. 650 Squat-30 lbs 350 Log-20lbs (on my 13") 350 Famers 100' w/ turn at 50'-(have never turned with this much weight, so for the full distance, 320) Yoke 950 100'-(800 for 80', 900 for 25', haven't done heavy yoke in 2 years, I may be here right now) 375 stone for 5 at 50"-(pr is 2)

Goal #1: remain injury free!!!
I'm gonna wait until I get back into things a bit more before making a year long goal, but a little more short term by my birthday (april 19) I wanna have a 400# backs squat, 340 bench, 475 DL, C&J 120kg, snatch 97kg.
This will give me a good base to start building off of again and then be able to find and set good, realistic goals for the rest of the year!!

yeah, been a bit busy to post my log really, but it's going great. I'll post a few of my workouts here shortly. In summary some of my highlights lately: DL 130x3x6, squat 100x4x8, bench 260x4, shrugs 405x3x8.
All in all pretty well on my recovery

Goal check up: 400# backsquat: I did 385x4, I'm calling it checked off. 340 bench: not there yet. I'm maxing out in a couple days so we'll see 475 DL: hit 220kg(488#) check snatch 97kg: hit 99 and have more in me clean and jerk 120kg: haven't really been cleaning much, but hit a 130 power jerk! I may need to revisit my goals and make some new ones

snatch 70kg (got 69kg at Arnolds almost there) clean & J 85kg (check) Clean & jerk 90kg (got clean wking on jerk) Back squat over 137kglb (I'm at 135kg) deadlift 140kg (I'm at 130kg)
Long term goals are to qualify in the 63wt womens weight class for the Olympic Trials. I only have a shot for 2011, too many kids and my business and age wont allow for more then that. Need a 80kg~85kg Snatch & 100kg or more Clean & Jerk

Those are some great goals!! 1kg away on snatch, and close to your CJ. Everything else is within striking distance as well. I wish you nothing but the best in yoru quest for the Olympic Trials. Perhaps I will see you there!!!
