www.powerliftingwatch.com/node/17271 Truly inspiring. And a REALLY nice guy. I've been talking to Karl about picking up a couple 400+ stones they have for sale and I may be lucky enough to get in a training day. Apparently once every other week all the Gillinghams try and train at the same time, if I can swing it I'll be there for one of those times ;D

Hey wait. He deadlifts more than he squats and benches? What kind of rinky dink federation is that? Haha. What an amazing powerlifting resume.

I hear ya! Although I would say there is something to an individual whose structure is better suited to squat then pull. I know Brian Carrol (raw 800 pull) had a raw low 900 squat before he did multi-ply, back then his pull was low 7's. But he has short arms and is built to squat. Obviously the exception to the rule.
As for Brad, it looks like his PR squat is also 400k. But that was quite a while back. I think his squatting volume is so high, at some point is may be counterproductive to a max single.
He is freakin' amazing though!
