For those of you who read Elitefts' logs, you are probably aware of what this is. But for those of you who don't....
Thanksgiving is a day where all good, hard working strength athletes can say, "To hell with eating healthy!".
The rules are simple, weigh yourself first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Then weigh yourself before bed. Report the weight gain.
Especially those of you who normally eat VERY healthy, this can create a HUGE bloat. Last year I was dieting pretty hard. I put on 14 lbs of bloat on Thanksgiving. So I'm going to try and beat my record this year.
Even if 15 lbs is an unrealistic goal for those of you floating in the Featherweight divisions, give it a shot and lets see how everyone ends up!

Don't forget to wear elastic waistbands! Otherwise make sure your family is ok with rounds 3+ being without pants!

Well it looks like this thread was a complete fail....it was also a large failure on my part....
296-307.....This is in large part due to my poor diet in the month of November. Eating shitty for awhile resulted in less then adequate bloating....but since I am the only participant, it looks like I win, lol.

haha! I never saw this thread because I didnt have access to a computer. I pry gained like 5lbs. or so, nothing special. Then wanted to go make myself throw up afterwards... Well, I actually did do that ahahahaha don't think I have some eating disorder ya'll. I just gotta keep my weight down. Lol, it was so good on the way down though!!
PS- 11lbs... nice!!

I didn't see this earlier either... I don't think anyone would want me gaining 15 lbs LOL... though I did break out the elastic waist!

Well I was back to sitting at 298/300 by Saturday, so the bloat doesn't exactly stay Lucille. I'm going to be eating healthier, and I will give this a go again on Christmas. I think I can hit 15, but I'll try.
BTW Jared, you can beat it, you just have to try. Bulemia is no joke.

I'm just saying, I weigh almost 200 lbs less than you do to start off with so it would be kind of funny. Out of curiosity I would have weighed myself for the before/after... I did get nice and vascular :-)
