It was refreshing training in a new environment, TCB had a great atmosphere with a lot of people that take their training seriously. Also they have a videographer at all of their practices and it was great because he taped everything that I did so I got instant feed back on my form. He also really knew what he was talking about and did spend some time helping Randi and I out. I felt great snatching today I think I could have hit a pr but Id already dont 5x3 before I decided I wanted to go up. Also I think I am going to try out squat jerkin, I did some yesterday and it is a much more natural movement for me and I am able to do multiple reps with much less effort then my current jerk.

I plan on hitting all of the those numbers at or before Collegiate Nationals, then I will set new goals.

First day with heavy squat jerk, not terrible but it will come.
FIRST TIME IN TRIPLE DIGITS IN SNATCH! FEELS GOOD AND I FELT VARY SOLID ALL DAY. also Vdeck came in right before 101 so looks like i have a new good luck charm ;D
