I went to run this morning and I had some energy since I spent the whole day yesterday on the couch watching Football. So I decided to do a few exercises that don't interfere with today's training.
PM: Snatch- Up to 80x1, 85x1, 90x0 x0 x0 x0 70x1, 80x1 85x1 90x1 C&J- Up to 90x2 x2 x2 x2 x2 x1(Knee Dislocation) Pull-ups- 5x10
Hand alittle trouble with snatch because I changed a few things to help my pulls, so it took alittle getting used but am happy with it
Jerk is getting better, I planned on doing more reps but knee went out on my last set of 90.

My Mind was everywhere but the gym with everything going on so It was more of a struggle to get my min fixated on what I was doing today but still a pretty good day.

I need work on the pull from the floor, when I get tired I start to pull with the bar away from me a bit and it causes the bar to crash into my hips. Its vary painful since my contact area is not much higher then the boys.
Drop Snatch= Greatest Auxiliary exercise
