Oh, I would be all over rocking a muscle shirt with "Vince" in big letters on the back. Better yet would be one of those collared shirts like they wore in the early 80's WSMs with Vince on the back. I would wear that one to work.

Right on the front.....the 175 will be in size 3 font, and the VINCE on the back will be super huge, like the v and e are hard to read due to the curvature of your body..

Back was still too tight to get a PR today. I thought I could fight through, but just couldn't generate enough speed. 167 BW.

Man, I love it cause I can look at your log and have no idea if it's going to be a full blown oly workout or a DL and bicep work or squat and bicep or something (more strongman oriented).

Short and sweet. I thought about taking most of this week off but decided against it - I never regret having gone in for a WO, even if I don't feel too hot going in. The back is still pretty knotted up but should start coming around real soon.
