wow! hahaha you could have at least warned those who don't have a strong stomach! OUCH PS- if it's not the athlete's fault? who's is it? Is it someone else's arm that decides to break? Pretty sure it was his body that decided to be too weak to hold the weight and just quit and snap. hahaha jk jk, but seriously, was it god's fault, or?

Ha ha ah. that's pretty funny Jared. not that i could do any better. but it's funny to watch. Vince... don't show that kind of stuff! Aahhhhhh. I won't get a good lift in for at least two weeks now.
Anyone: why did that happen, and how can it be prevented?

I don't know if you would call it weak tendons in that elbow or maybe a previous injury having weakened that area or what.
