well I know it doesn't help much now, but I'd love to come train with you some more once my knee's doin a bit better and I've regained a bit of strength.

I think you're right, I am expecting my erectors to become steel cables now, I no longer have any excuses:) Lucy- It sounds pretty silly but I like it. Its a regulation length, 2" bar, but cut like an EZ curl bar. Great for extensions/curls etc.....you would not know by looking at me that I own such a device lol.

ooh. Vipor presses are fun. I got pretty decent at them at the end of my strongman days there. Try a set set of 10 reps at say 175lbs (something moderately light)..it is a HECK of a finisher to a workout

actually I was doing that at the end of my pressing days before. I was hitting 11 reps, and as long as I did I upped the weight. I started at 180, and I believe went in 5lbs increments to 210.
