5/19 Bench bar, 95x8, 135x6, 185x2, 210x12, 210x8, 210x6. db incline bench 65'sx10, 65'sx8, flies 3x10, triceps vbar/rope supersets 3x8.

Last time you did 210 you got 10 reps- now you got 12 reps with it... Within 3 weeks it looks like- nice work!

5/26 Today did bench bar, 95x8, 135x6, 185x2, 225x9, 225x6, 225x5, then db incline 65'sx8x3, flies 3x10, tricep pushdowns w/"V" bar, rope supersets 3x10. Bad week last week glad to be back at it. Was pretty happy with the 9, wanted 10, but only got 7 on the last cycle, so pretty good I guess.

daaaaaaaang.
Last time you did 225x7, now you got 225x9, which is = to a 289 bench.

6/1 Man this sucks. I havent been able to get in the weight room at all!! Jacobsen is trying to work something out, but they always have it locked. I'm gonna have to try and do what I can at home. I have an olympic bench with 300lbs. Hope they get something figured out.

dang- that is a bummer. you may be able to sneak over to my house(talk to my dad first) and flip my tires for a workout... also maybe try to talk to logan tonderum- i know he is trying to set up his own home gym- just an idea... also try cody alesch to see about the weight room- offer opening it up for the wrestlign kids- I bet he'll really try hard to get it open for you guys then haha! but, who knows with it supposed to be tore down or whatever...just keep asking around- talk to the principal and say you would have it open a certain time of day for the kids, encourage the development of the jr highers/high schoolers.. show interest- he may work with you!

Hey Jared, Yeah I have talked to Cody a couple of times. They are moving the weight room to the shop again, maybe after that well be able to get in there. That wont be till late in the month. Anyway today we are getting a weight room set up in the basement. Rich Behrends has a full set of dumb bells up to 50's i think. He also has a curl bar and another full set of olympic weights. My bench does incline, has a preacher curl attachment, a leg attachment, can be switched for dips, and supposedly squats. So well be able to do quite a bit. Maybe tell that ole if he needs a place to lift to talk to me or he can get a hold of Ryan and come talk to me. I would like to help people out that need a place to lift because I know how bad it sucks not having somewhere.

yeah!! hey, ha- could i even stop in whenever this evening/tonight... i stopped by the weightroom again- hoping you guys would be in there- but i see whats goin on now.. BUMMER!..... yeah- my number is 712.260.6756 or i'll tryin just keep checking this regularly

6/2 Today did bench bar, 95x8, 135x6, 185x2, 235x7, 235x6, 235x5. DB incline bench 50'sx15, x15, x20, db bench 50'sx15, x15, x16. Dips 15, 15, 10 and behind the head tri's with a db, 50lbx10x 3 sets. Got a good pump on tonight, had a good workout with ole and ryan. Thanks guys!

6/4 Today did squats, 135x10, 205x5, 225x5, 225x8. Lunges 2x8, shrugs 3x20, arnold presses 40's 3x10, side raises 3x10.

6/5 Today did close grip bench 135x8, 155x8, 185x8 (2 sets) wanted to go heavier but didn't have a spotter. Pushups 2x20, kickbacks 2x20, stripper curls- 2 sets, hammer curls 35'sx10, 25'sx10, "V" ups 2x15, crunches. Got a lot more dumbbells and a rack today. I also got another bench that does decline and doesn't have the uprights so it will be good for flies and stuff. Got a curl bar and some more weights so that is pretty sweet!
