snatch-...80x1, 88x1, 95x1, 101x1(PR), 103x0x2, 90x0, 90x1, 92x1, 92x1 C&J- ...many hits and misses between 105-120. very inconsistent, but learned a lot.
many comments including stuff from widening grip, keeping back/shoulders straighter, relaxing arms more... many things I need to figure out.

Thanks Simon! I was pretty excited about it. snatches were going very well today, only missed 1 that I definitely should have hit.
Just need to figure out my jerk now...

today: clean pull- up to 305#x3x4 squat- up to 190x2,x2,x1 One handed push downs(think one handed dip)- up to 160#x8x3

C&J- Lots of work up to and at 105kg - not tha theavy, but I need a lot of work on it so I spent quite a while there snatch- ...85x1, 90x0, 90x1, 93x1, 93x1
Did some pretty high intensity for snatch, but not much volume at all
I have been really sore lately and with finals coming up I have been kinda stressed and worked very hard. So I am planning on taking the rest of the week pretty light and hopefully feel pretty ready to go on Monday.

also went for about a 1/2 mile jog after lifting hoping it will help with some of the soreness and fatigue

didn't lift yesterday or today, but the couple days before were pretty light days. A lot of work on my clean technique. Trying to make sure I don't use my arms, it's getting a lot better, but now I feel like I'm almost starting over with it. I can either get full extension and power clean, or do a full clean and cut short my 2nd pull. Just needs a little love and attention( a lot of time and good reps put in.)

C&J- worked up to 110x1,x1, 115x0x2, back to 90x2x3 - I have officially shunned myself to 90kg jerks until I can hit it with good form consistently. I should have done this a long time ago because I am getting very sick with the inconsistency of my C&J snatch pulls- up to 105x2x2 snatch DL- up to 160x3x2

btw. Hurt my left elbow last week, think I hyperextended it while snatching...
Doesn't hurt to clean and jerk, but even just snatching with the bar it sometimes inconsistently hurts pretty bad. so haven't been snatching since last wednesday I believe
