30 minutes steam room & pool mmmmm.. sounds hot. In just over a week im gonna start being in the garage every 8 days. Its going to be a pulling day. Cleans, farmer picks, good mornings/RDL's and some core like TGU's and planks. You should try and plan it in to your workouts so you can join. We would both benefit.
