What supps does everyone take?
I take:
1. NO-Shotgun (creatine, caaffeine, other stimulants, protein, beta alanine, arginine) 2. Elite Gourmet Protein 3. Casein Protein 4. Fish Oil 5. Glucosamine 6. Green Tea Extract
Anything else I can get a hold of haha...What about you guys?

Elite Gourmet Protien Trib. Hmb Dhea Any pre workout...right now i have G-Speed by Core-active Once in a while a multi-vit......not important though Zinc mag.
And basically anything else.........

I use a weight gainer shake when I'm trying to pack it on, I've switched the brands up a ton. I loved the one Nutrabolics sells, but they changed the consistency and it now sucks. So I am searching for a new one. But I may just settle on chocolate whey, PB2, oat flour, and flax oil.

Whoa, great replies so far guys. If you could only take ONE product, which would it be? Your pre-workout caffeine drink? That would be mine for sure. Simon klimesh- how do you like the tribulus? @colin- how do you like the Amino Energy?

I like amino energy a great deal, and I get it VERY cheap- (15.00). So I use a ton of it. The serving size I think is 2 scoops, I take 6 sccops and drink it before and during my workout. There is a little bit of caffiene from green tea extract, otherwise no stimulants. I am not a fan of typical pre-workout drinks, but I like amino energy a lot. I also take it first thing upon waking with 10g of fish oil before breakfast.

I just take a weight gainer(help get extra calories). sometimes I take pre-workout. I recently started taking ZMA, but it just makes me so tired all the time. I even tried moving it down to one tablet per night, but still very hard to wake up and always feel like I need a nap or I'm drowzy the whole day.
Has anybody else taken tribulus? I like the sounds of it, any personal uses?
