Yea, I have 200, 250, 300 I can get it once on a good day....it is hard to find a day where the forearms are well rested....I do 5 sets of 5 with the 200 with my weak ass one in-between for sets of 50...

Very good squat day for me....felt my hip pop into place bout an hour before workout new it had to be good. Back squat-145*6,235*6*2,325*5,415*5*3,435*5,415*7 Hip ad/ab-150*15,200*10 Then some dude worked on my hips....hips/back feel great.

Yoke-100 ft 1 turn-300,400,500 Yoke-50ft-600,700 800 lb about 5-8ft Yoke-500lb-200ft Farmers-100 ft 1 turn-150,250 330 about 7 ft but felt like my chest was going to rip off..

Gotcha. Are all your declines/flat benches on a smith machine or is it free weighted? That is some impressive numbers.
